This light brown loaf is made from corn and tapioca starch and rice sourdough, with sesame, sunflower and linseeds

Ingredients:  Water, sunflower seeds 15.2%, maize starch, tapioca starch, rice flour 4.5%, whole rice flour 4.5%, linseed 3.9%, yeast, sourdough (rice flour, water), rapeseed oil, thickeners (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, xanthan, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), salt, gluten-free malt extract, sesame 0,9%, vegetable fibres (potato fibres, psyllium seed fibres), psyllium seed husks, sugar beet syrup, sourdough (quinoa flour, water), sugar, caramel sugar, lactose-free skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (mono – and diglycerides from fatty acids)
