brot. The German bakery is opening on Al Reem Island

Residents of Al Reem Island are getting a Premium artisanal bakery. brot. The German Bakery is set to open in late December.

Conveniently located, brot. will serve residents as the daily neighborhood bakery, baking authentic artisan bread, rich in sourdough and made from organic flour with no artificial ingredients. All bread loaves are vegan, while gluten – free options are available as well.

But, the menu isn’t restricted to a bread lovers only. The bakery has an all-day menu of freshly baked pastries, pretzels, sandwiches and cakes, with flavors remaining true to the German origins of the traditional bread making.

During the opening week, all visitors will have an opportunity to taste  products and

enjoy special offers.
